About Fort Collins

Located about an hour (60 miles) north of Denver, Colorado and some 45 miles south of the Colorado/Wyoming border; Fort Collins is a location utilized by some very well-known international businesses - Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, Woodward Governor, and Anheuser-Busch, just to name just few. We have 3 micro-breweries here, including New Belgium Brewery, which was voted 2008's Best Place to Work in America, by Outside Magazine. Also in the Northern Colorado area are Kodak, Vestas, Owens-Illinois, and Leprino Foods is on the way.

Fort Collins, Colorado is a city of about 133,000 permanent residents, swelled by a student population of some 28,000 from our very own Colorado State University - home of the Colorado State Rams!

Fort Collins was also voted in the top 2 of the best medium sized cities in the United States by Money Magazine, for the second time in a row!

Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, we enjoy fine weather and relatively mild winters, while our proximity to nearby winter sports paradises like Vail, Summit County (Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone & Arapahoe Basin), Loveland Ski Area and Aspen means that excellent winter sports are just a short drive away. We also enjoy the wonders of the Rocky Mountain National Park via Estes Park, and many other State and National Forests are within striking distance.
